My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds for my shop.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
A return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if I shipped the incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads.
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items.
Any item damaged due to customer misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
2. The Refund Process
Once I receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions above:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to process and appear in your account after it is issued (timing depends on your bank or payment provider).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Products damaged through customer mishandling.
Final sale or clearance items (these will be marked as such).
Original shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to my error in shipping a wrong or defective item).
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact me directly:
Email me at support@modabloom.best and include:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item, if it is defective or damaged.
I will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and the authorized return address.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
